| Pepper's was established in 1975, serving the
High Country its first taste of sumptuous, "deli style"
sandwiches. In addition, we were one of the first restaurants in Boone
to recycle all of our cardboard, glass, plastic, tin and aluminum.
We have also cleaned up our own environment by becoming a 100% smoke-free
establishment.
